Welcome to our new Resources page! You'll find the resources organized based upon the principles of Integrated Course Design as described in L. Dee Fink's seminal work Creating Significant Learning Experiences: An Integrated Approach in Design College Courses.

According to Fink, an integrated course specifies clearly communicated Learning Goals for the students, provides Feedback and Assessment so that both the student and instructor can understand their progress, and delivers Teaching and Learning Activities that support suceeding at the assessment and achieving the goals. All these design choices are informed by the Situational Factors in play, those things that impact the course but over which we have no control.

In addition to sections for each locus in Fink's model, we've added sections on Teaching Technologies and general Professional Development.

Some of the expandible sections below have a large number of individual items. Once you have a section open, you may want to use CTRL-F or CMD-F to do a word search for the key term that interests you.
