As Director of Budget and Operations, Sara Vann oversees the daily operations of the Center for the Advancement of Teaching (CAT) across main, health sciences, and Ambler campuses. She also provides strategic leadership and oversight of financial and business processes that support the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs portfolio, including budget management, financial analysis, and resource optimization.

Since joining Temple in 2014, Sara has held various administrative positions, bringing extensive experience in business administration. Committed to financial sustainability and operational excellence in higher education, she focuses on optimizing resources and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Sara is an active member of CAT's leadership team and serves on Temple's institutional Business Manager's Committee.
