A useful way of evaluating and self-assessing teaching efficacy is to use authentic measures that provide evidence that students have reached the goals we have set for the course. By collecting and interpreting evidence from activities, assessments, and performance in a class, faculty can reflect on whether students are reaching course learning goals and, if not, where they might make instructional changes to improve learning. Join us for this two-part series to evaluate and improve teaching using learning outcomes measures.
