Social Annotation is a powerful tool for student engagement with course content, allowing them to interact with the readings and their peers to construct new learning in the classroom. In this session we will look at methods for assessing social annotation as well as techniques for incorporating social media as the tentpole of your course design. You’ll not only learn about this great new methodology, but get a chance to try it out for yourself.
Participants are encouraged (but not required) to also sign up for the Asynchronous Light Reading Series: Social Annotation (10/5-10/17) and Introduction to Social Annotation, part 1 (10/4)
The CAT will send an access link to this webinar via email one hour prior to the sessions.
